1. Fill up the order form.
2. We will send you a confirmation notice with payment method within 24 hours. Please reply for acknowledgment.
3. Payments without confirmation email will not be entertained.
4. We operate based on first-PAY-first-serve basis. We do not tolerate late payments, thus your requested item may be sold to the next customer without prior notice.
5. No reservations allowed.
6. Items sold are NOT Returnable nor Exchangeable.
7. Back-out customers will be blacklisted.
8. Prices shown are fixed and non-negotiable.
9. Parcels will be delivered only on Tuesdays and Thursdays (morning) via Poslaju.
10. For now, payment method shall be via Maybank2U.
11. Shipping fees are waived for every item (Malaysia only).
12. Please take note that we don't use the real Ray Bans for these prices.
13. No CODs for purchased items.
14. COLOR: Due to the different settings of monitors, colour of the real item may vary slightly from the photos on the website.
15. SIZE: All items are free size unless otherwise stated.
